Greetings From Florida Sigma

Hello,

Welcome from The Brothers of Florida Sigma at The University Of West Florida! We strive to uphold the principles of The True Gentleman, along with scholarship, brotherhood and service to our community that our eight founding brothers established over 153 years ago. We are a fraternity that strives to promote the highest standards of friendship, scholarship, and service in each of its members.

The True Gentleman is the creed that forms our foundation and guides our members to reach and exceed their true potential as scholars, athletes, leaders, and gentlemen.

We pride ourselves in all aspects of our involvement in both on-campus and off-campus activities, which has set the model for all other Greek organizations at the University of West Florida to follow. Our house at 9601 Brewster Street is a great place for camaraderie among brothers, prospective members, and alumni. I encourage you, if in the area to stop by to see the house and visit with the brothers.

I have been a member of the chapter since the fall of 2007. Since that time, I have seen our chapter make huge strides while accomplishing fantastic things on and off campus. ΣAE's are the leaders on our campus, and have made great strides in becoming a chapter strong in academics and service, while always living as true gentlemen. I look forward to helping to lead a strong advance of our chapter in these areas during 2009.
